Manchester city manager Roberto Mancin has hailed David Silva as one of the best player in the world.
Mancin said "Silva is a top, top player. I dont know why he didnt go to Barca or Real Madrid because he is spanish but we are lucky because he is here.
"If he had gone to Barca two years ago everyone would say he's one of the best players in the world-and he is one of the best players in the world"
"He is different from Messi and Christiano Ronaldo because they are strikers and score alot of goals but i think he is the same as Xavi and Iniesta"
